These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ThunderStrikeGaming LLC (registered in the United Kingdom). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
All extreme adventure activities offered by ThunderStrikeGaming are strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. By booking an activity, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who cannot provide valid proof of age.
Certain activities may have additional physical or medical requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are medically fit and physically capable of participating. ThunderStrikeGaming accepts no liability for injuries sustained as a result of undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
All bookings must be made through our official website or by direct communication with our team. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the activity date will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the activity are non-refundable. ThunderStrikeGaming reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, offering a full rescheduling option or refund.
Extreme sports and adventure activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, and death. By participating, you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks. ThunderStrikeGaming employs industry-certified safety professionals and maintains all equipment to the highest UK standards, but cannot guarantee the elimination of all risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThunderStrikeGaming LLC, its directors, employees, and guides shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in any activity, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ThunderStrikeGaming LLC unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
